The Custom Embroidery Process

Step 1-Contact Us

  

The process starts when you contact us by email: info@bluedogthreads.com

 or by phone at 720-272-5979 and tell us about your project.

Step 2-Design

  

If you have a print logo or other design that you would like to use as an embroidery image, the process is easy. 

Through a process called digitizing, we can convert print files to embroidery machine files.

Just email us with a copy of your logo (.jpg or other graphic format) to: info@bluedogthreads.com and we will give you a FREE, no obligation, quote on having your image digitized.

If you don't have your own logo or image, we have hundreds of stock images and lettering fonts to choose from to create your own unique design. 

Step 3-Choose Your Product

We have hundreds of apparel, equine and gift items for you to choose from. Tell us what you are looking for and we will prepare a list of options for you. Feel free to browse the our catalogs as well.  

We will also decorate items not purchased directly from us.

You may send us your items or drop ship them directly to us. Contact us for our shipping address. 

Step 4-Free No Obligation Quote

  

After collecting all of the information about your project, we will give you a FREE, no obligation quote. Pricing on embroidery is based on a lot of different factors: the size of the area to be embroidered, the complexity of the image, the type of item being embroidered, and quantity of items. 

Step 5-Ordering and Samples

Once you give your approval, we will start the process of ordering your product and converting your logo. You will be sent photos of a sewn sample for approval before we sew on the final garment/item.

Once you give your approval, the rest is up to us!
